According to an industry insider Rishi Alwani, Xbox Series X starting this month at Rs. 55,990, which is a launch price of Rs. More than 50,000. New prices of controllers and accessories are given below:
- Xbox Wireless Controller (Robot White) – Rs 5,990
- Xbox Wireless Controller (Blue, Electric Volt) – Rs 6,590
- Xbox Wireless Controller (Mineral Camo) – Rs 6,990
- Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 Accessories Pack – Rs. 5,390
- Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 – Rs. 17,990
It is unclear if the price of the Xbox Series S will change in the coming days. Microsoft has not given an official announcement regarding the Xbox Series X price hike in India. It is unclear why console and controller prices will increase in the country. Global inflation and foreign currency exchange rates are most likely the reasons behind price hikes in India. While the PS5 price in India has not gone up, there are rumors of an upcoming PS5 price hike in the country. Sony has already increased the PS5 price in markets like Europe, Japan, UK, China, Canada, Australia and Mexico. It’s no surprise to see the PS5 price increase in India as well.
