In India, Vivo offers a wide range of 5G smartphones, which are available in entry-level, mid-range and flagship price ranges. This announcement from Vivo is likely to boost sales of its 5G smartphones.
Apart from this, the Vivo Technology Day 2022 event highlighted several technological advancements in the smartphone market and focused on 5G, photography and design. Vivo has also demonstrated distinctive consumer-focused developments in power consumption optimization, multi-SIM functionality and antenna technology.
Recently, Vivo Jio True 5G announced a partnership with Reliance Jio’s gaming platform powered by JioGamesCloud. The company used its flagship smartphone Vivo X70 Pro+To showcase cloud gaming on Jio’s 5G network.
Reliance Jio has already launched 5G services in four cities in India and plans to expand to more cities by the end of this year. The telco’s 5G services are currently available by invitation only. To check for an invite, make sure you live in an eligible city and have downloaded the MyJio app. Later, you can express your interest in Jio’s 5G services through the app.
