India is an important market for Realme thanks to the company’s efforts to keep its customers happy even after the purchase. Realme recently launched Updates to its Realme UI Working with telecom service providers like Vi, Airtel and Jio to launch and introduce support for Jio 5G Handset with 5G plans.
Realme Care + has been introduced in India for better after-sales support
Realme has introduced a premium after sales ‘care’ plan for its existing and new customers in India and it is called Realme Care+. The new subscription-based plan aims to provide hassle-free support experience and avail new extended warranty and damage protection cover on Realme devices. The company said it will enable the premium service Access to the company’s service personnel, hassle-free claim processes and authorized service centers with genuine equipment parts.
The service will also be available through Social Media, Email, Voice, WhatsApp and Webchat services from 9 am to 9 pm IST. Support is extended in multiple nationally recognized languages such as Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi and Hindi.
The subscription service on Realme’s website as well as other online channels and offline modes will cost Rs. 489 is available.

Realme Care+ services will also be available Extended 1-year warranty, one year screen protection and one year accidental and liquid damage protection. Realme said the integrated digital customer service platform supports SMS notifications and live tracking of service requests, self-service, software upgrades, knowledge bank, pick-up service, TV on-door service and warranty status check. The technical support system is now also supported by a support service center to facilitate maintenance works and repairs for customers availing of this scheme.
