Oppo X Tom Ford Slider smartphone leaked in new Rollable smartphone concept images. In the pictures, the phone has a pull-up display panel that goes in and out like a scroll. This indicates that the company will be working on multiple concept phones with rollable displays. Last month, the company unveiled the Oppo X2021 concept phone, which expanded from side to side. The leaked new model will be rolled up and down in a more pocket-friendly design.

LetsGoDigital is Shared Renders of Oppo X Tom Ford Slider Smartphone Concept, which claims to be derived from company documentation. When it comes out, the smartphone is a small, square device that fits easily into your pocket. As mentioned, the screen can be pulled out from the top edge, which is longer on withdrawal. The display area increases by 80 percent when taken out, the report said. The edges of the screen are rounded and the phone has two golden pull tabs on either side for easy rolling on the screen and can also be hung around the neck, the report said.

In the upper center of the module is a triple camera setup on the back with sensors horizontally aligned. The back seems to have a soft leather finish, but the space around the camera has a wood grain structure and the words “Oppo X Tom Ford – Design for Concept Shakira” engraved below the sensors. It appears to have a metal frame with a SIM tray attached to the right edge. Oddly enough, the front sensor is nowhere to be found and it remains to be seen how the company will be able to integrate selfie functionality into the phone. Probably, when you pull out the phone, the expanded back will have a second screen used for selfies and video calls. There may also be an in-display camera. Since the phone is a concept, its mechanics can be spec spec.

It is unclear whether the Oppo Xtamford Slider concept phone will be launched commercially.
