OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro have started receiving the Oxygen OS 126.96.36.199 update. This update is currently available in India and a few other countries and it is expected that handsets in other regions will receive the update soon. OxygenOS 188.8.131.52 brings changes like keyboard height adjustment feature with it, allowing users to increase or hide the bottom shortcut bar. In some cases issues such as Wi-Fi connection failure and photos not being displayed in the gallery have also been fixed in the OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro users update.
Oxygen OS 184.108.40.206 firmware version for OnePlus8 Users are 220.127.116.11.IN21DA in India and 18.104.22.168.IN21BA in Australia Announced Via OnePlus on the Community Forum. For OnePlus 8 Pro Users, the firmware version is 22.214.171.124.IN11DA in India and 126.96.36.199.IN11BA in Europe.
OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro customers in India are getting the OnePlus Store app through this update. According to the changelog, customers can manage their OnePlus store accounts in a “natural and convenient way”, easily access support, find members-only benefits and shop for OnePlus products. The company recognizes that the application can be uninstalled at any time.
Oxygen OS 188.8.131.52 brings other solutions to OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro. Fixed an issue with pop-up windows not showing when connecting a Bluetooth headset, as well as a failure to enable the auto-rotate feature.
