Motorola launches Ibiza 5G smartphone Q1 2021

Motorola is reportedly preparing to launch an affordable 5G smartphone codenamed Ibiza. The smartphone is said to be powered by the new 5G-enabled Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 Series SoC and has a 90Hz display refresh rate. According to the report, Motorola is likely to launch the Ibiza Q1 in 2021. The report reveals the key features of the upcoming phone that will run on Android 11, have a triple rear camera setup and will pack a 5,000 mAh battery.

The HD + display is expected to have a resolution of 720×1,600 pixels. The smartphone is likely to come with 4GB RAM + 128GB storage, though there may be other configurations as well.

Motorola has an Ibiza water drop notch display. According to the report, there will be a triple rear camera setup with a 48 megapixel camera. The smartphone also has a 5 megapixel macro camera and a 2 megapixel sensor. On the front, it may have a 13-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.

The report adds that the Motorola Ibiza display is unlikely to support the OLED panel or HDR.
