Moto G72 renders leaked, India launch imminent: specifications

Leaked renders of Moto G72, First shared by PriceBaba, showcase the smartphone in three colors – Blue, Silver and Black/Dark Grey. The leaked renders, courtesy tipster @OnLeaks, also show that the Moto G72 will come with an under-display fingerprint sensor. The images also show a triple rear camera setup on the Moto G72.

Earlier, the Moto G72 Recognized on several certification lists. According to reports, Moto G72 has appeared on FCC, BIS, IMEI and TDRA lists with model number XT2255-1 and XT2255-2. According to a PriceBaba report, the Moto G72 could be launched in India as early as this month.

Motorola hasn’t announced anything about the Moto G72 yet, but the rumor mill is on it. The Moto G72 is expected to line up above the Moto G62. The Moto G72 is likely to have similar specifications to the Moto G71, including a 6.5-inch AMOLED display. The Moto G72 may also come with a 5,000mAh battery with support for 33W fast wired charging, an FCC listing last month suggested.

It is not known which processor the smartphone will use, but users are expected to get 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. The images show the triple rear camera setup on the Moto G72. Earlier rumors suggested a 48-megapixel primary rear camera along with a wide-angle and macro shooter.
