It’s been a while since HONOR released anything, after leaving Huawei. We have now identified two Honor-branded wearable items on the US FCC website. One is called Honor Smartwatch HES-B39 and other HONOR Smart Band CRS-B39S. Judging by their names, we are clearly seeing a brand new smartwatch and fitness tracker from the brand. The HONOR Smartwatch HES-B39 and Smart Band CRS-B39S FCC lists also tell us that they interface with devices connected via Bluetooth, the latter supporting Bluetooth LE.
We also found out The battery model number of the Honor smartwatch HES-B39 is HB351731EFW. Its TUV has a capacity of 180 mAh according to Rhineland and Decra
Verification page. Similarly, the HONOR smart band runs the CRS-B39S 100mAh battery codename HB351329ECW. The list states that the questionable models are product models of smart watches, indicating that they may be launched soon. FCC certification is one of the most important steps to take before launching a product.
Initially, it seemed The Honor Smart Band CRS-B39S may be the global version of the HONOR Band 6 launched in China earlier this year. However, there is a great difference in the battery capacities of the two products. Therefore, we can reasonably assume that the Honor Smart Band CRS-B39S is a completely new product. Similarly, the Honor Smartwatch HES-B39 may be the successor to the Honor Watch ES or Watch GS Pro. In addition to some new Honor smartphones, we can expect two wearable items to be launched soon.
