Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, In his latest report, the macOS Ventura update will also include support for the new 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models before the end of the year. The report claims that the new MacBook Pro models may feature two CPU variants, the Apple M2 Pro and the M2 Max, similar to last year’s M1 Pro and M1 Max in the current 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models.
The report suggests that Apple may also launch an M2-powered Mac Mini alongside the new MacBook Pro models. This year’s Mac Mini, however, may also come with a choice of M2 Pro and M2 Max chips.
The new MacBook Pro and Mac mini models will be released in November this year. While last year’s MacBook Pro models were released in October, Apple has reserved this month for the new iPad Pro models. Previously, Apple released Mac models with the M1 chip, such as the 2020 MacBook Air, MacBook Pro and Mac Mini in November, or the 16-inch MacBook Pro in 2019.
This year, Apple refreshed the MacBook Air and 13-inch MacBook Pro with the M2 chip. The M2-based MacBook Air launched back in June with an all-new design, while the 13-inch MacBook Pro launched with the same design, but with an upgraded chip.
Recently, the Cupertino-based giant launched new iPad Pro models with the M2 chip, along with a new entry-level iPad and Apple TV 4K streaming device. The iPad Pro 2022 comes with Apple’s latest M2 chip, featuring an 8-core CPU and 10-core GPU and a 16-core neural engine with advancements in both performance and efficiency cores.
The new 11-inch and 12.9-inch iPad Pro will be available in 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, 1TB and 2TB configurations in Silver and Space Gray finishes. The devices will be available in stores from October 26, 2022.
When it comes to price, the 11-inch iPad Pro The Wi-Fi model costs Rs. 81,900 and the Wi-Fi + Cellular model at Rs. 96,900 onwards. The 12.9-inch iPad Pro The Wi-Fi model costs Rs. 1,12,900 and the Wi-Fi + Cellular model at Rs. 1,27,900 onwards.
