Amazon offering free Spotify Premium subscription in India for 6 months, but there’s a catch


Amazon India is sending six months free Spotify Premium subscription voucher to customers through registered email ID. However, the subscription applies to customers who have not previously subscribed to the Spotify Premium service.

Customers who shopped during the Great Indian Festival Sale are automatically eligible to receive a coupon code. This means that Amazon customers don’t have to do anything manually to get the free six-month voucher, as the e-commerce giant will automatically send the voucher to the registered email ID.

However, this does not apply to accounts that have exhausted the free trial. For those who don’t know, Spotify offers a one-month premium subscription as a free trial. After the trial expires, users can subscribe to premium plans.

Spotify Premium Base Plan Rs. 7 and offers features like group sessions and download of 30 songs on a single device under this plan, which expires within 24 hours of activation. The starting price for the Individual plan monthly subscription is Rs.119. In this plan, customers can download 10,000 songs across five devices. There is also a dual plan which as the name suggests couples with individual profiles at Rs. 149 access to.

Finally, the Family Pack is priced at Rs.179 per month. In this pack, users can download 10,000 songs across five devices.
